Hello. My name is Adrianna. I got the gastric lap band in October of 2006. Got pregnant in Feb of 2007. Had baby in October, gall bladder surgery in december and after I lost 103 lb, here I am. I am 32 lb from goal and it is a struggle everyday. I thought I would try this and see if it would be the push I need to finally see my goal. How many people can say that they hit their weight goal? Not many!! I want to be one. I welcome all buddies and hope that I can be an inspiration to some and be inspired by others.

You can, but if you are counting total, I wouldnt do it. Also, sugar alcohols can make u stall bad.

Carmen, dont give up. Atkins will work for you too. It def could be your diet sodas. They are full of artificial sweeteners that can make u stall out. Total carbs are what you count by the nutritional labels that say total carbs. NET carbs are the carbs you count from total carbs minus fiber. Hope this helps. Some of us are carb sensative so we cant count net carbs. I count total. If you need anything else, please lemme know

Yes maam, there is. When you type something into the food search and it doesnt come up, there is a button to the right that says add item. Then it tells u what to do. Hope this helps

Yes, this is normal and it would be referred to as the "Atkins Flu." Yu might try some warm chicken broth. It will pass. Hang in there, ok!!!
