I am getting my life back in order. Eating OMAD or 18/6 is beneficial to weight loss, more plant than meat sometimes, plus alternate day fasting when required. Mixing it up a bit to make it more enjoyable. Keep moving forward.😉

Intermittent Fasting
I have been working on this approach to dieting since January. Started off with 18/6 fast but found that I need to fast for at least 20 hours to see any results. So far I have lost 11kgs. Will keep you posted.

5:2 Fast Diet
Since 3rd Feb have lost another 2kg doing 18/6 IF. A couple of days I have fasted for about 23 hours before I have a meal. Finding that I do not need to eat a lot between fasts. Basically eating once a day. Having water, black coffee, black and green tea when fasting. Loving the results.
