Well here I go again.....I've lost and gained hundreds of pounds over the years! The only thing that has worked well and quickly has been Atkins.....my problem has been that I never follow it correctly....I stay on induction for too long.....loose a lot of weight and then go off of the "diet" and gain it all back and then some. This time I have vowed to stay on induction for no longer than one month and then start adding good carbs back 5 at a time and make this a way if life...as well as adding exercise.....must add lots of exercise.....walking and biking and swimming in the summer!
I followed Atkins for about a month and decided to start watching calories and carbs.....I just don't think all the fat on Atkins is a healthy way to go for me....and it seems too be working. I need to keep the calories down, only good carbs and lots of exercise!!!!
