Am i not eating enough calories?
Try this site: http://www.cancer.org/docroot/PED/content/PED_6_1x_Calorie_Calculator.asp

It will give the amount of calories you need to sustain your weight - from there create the deficit that you require. Looks to me that 1500 would be a good target for you.
