Good morning workout 3.5 miles 1hr hour shoulders. i worked this evening. i like working the floor sometimes. it was easy. did 100 sit-up using the workout ball at the job.

Great am workout. another day that i'm not feeling the evening workout. maybe i'll feel it later. Great conversation with a co-worker. I hope to take him to the weight management center on tuesday. this could be a very big step for him.

Very lazy day. completed 3+ mile walk witha 2000 foot incline. however, was not feeling the weights. only did 2 shoulder excercises. taking the night off from the wii workout. I desrve a break. I'll them hard tomorrow.
