2 miles in the morning 2.5 in the eve. no weights today. Tried beef stir fry. it was delicious. of to do 200 sit-ups.

Very good day. 500 cal. walk in the morning plus 20 minutes of weights triceps. then in the evening i did 1200 cal. walk for a all day total of 5.25 miles. i also did 1 hr. of chest and biceps. only 2 meals and a couple of snacks. i'm about to do 100 sit ups before bed. good night.

I took a day off from the gym and i feel like crap. i did very little to no exercise today. my eating wasn't great either. tomorrow i will take to trips to the gym.

Great diet day. 1200 cals. burned on a walk and 2200 feet on the incline. got my workout ball. lots of sit-ups.at work and at home. i'm feeling very tired. good night.
