very little weights, good walking and lots of sit-ups (250). I need to get a good weight training day in tomorrow.

i found the time. I've been splitting my walk to half in the am and half in the eve. 2.0 miles in the morn and 1.75 in the eve. did get a chance to really lift today. one set of bench and one set of triceps. had 2 snacks at work. I must cut that out.

Very good workout today. 1.75 miles at 7am and 2 miles in the evening. also shoulders, biceps and forearms. good job with the diet also. about to do 200 crunches. then shower and bed. good night.
