I've been trying to record a journal everyday. I think i've missed 1 day. My knee still not 100% but i'm still able to complete my 3 mile walk and my 30min step in the evening. I'm going to challenge myself by adding 50 sit-ups to my evening step routine. Wish me luck.

I'm sorry i did not get a chance to journal yesterday. I was in the ER with my 7 year old from 10:30p til 3 am. However, i did have a great day of health. 3 plus miles on the treadmill with an incline of 1700 feet. 1 hr of weights and 25 minute walk with the dog. I had just started my wii workout when i had to leave for the hospital. maintained my diet well.
