Green Soup

Soups are good to keep you full and this one has lentils and quinoa for protein.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables.
  2. In a large pot sweat onions in oil. Add other vegetables and sweat.
  3. Add lentils and quinoa followed by stock and extra oil if needed. Simmer until all the vegetables are soft.
  4. Blend until smooth. Serve.
