Batido que incorpora proteínas, omega 3 y fibra.

Directions
- Lavar las frutas y picarlas en mitades.
- En la licuadora incorporar todos los ingredientes empezando con las frutas, luego la avena. miel, y nueces y finalmente incorporar la leche.
- Batir por unos 2 minutos o hasta que este mezclado homogéneamente.
- Servir en vasos y decorar con nueces molidas. Buen provecho.
