Batido de Plátano, Fresas y Nueces

Batido que incorpora proteínas, omega 3 y fibra.

Directions

  1. Lavar las frutas y picarlas en mitades.
  2. En la licuadora incorporar todos los ingredientes empezando con las frutas, luego la avena. miel, y nueces y finalmente incorporar la leche.
  3. Batir por unos 2 minutos o hasta que este mezclado homogéneamente.
  4. Servir en vasos y decorar con nueces molidas. Buen provecho.
