OMG! Finally! That damn 258-260 plateau was killing me! Felt we were BAD this weekend but not really, just BBQ'ed, drank, made "Cinnabon" clones, new pizza crust (not fathead, was really good) and just had a good time! Took the dogs for a LONG walk yesterday and BAMMMM! a drop! Guess it's time to start hitting the gym and such! That first 90 lbs. seemed easy, this next 50 may take some work! HAH! to quote the great jimmiepop, "#grindtime" !!
256.7 lb Lost so far: 93.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thx ches, 52C! This month seemed long, but we will overcome! Thanks for everyone's support! I am happier, healthier, LIGHTER, and just ready for the next half of life! (My brother-in-law asked me if my truck was getting better mileage? HAH! Never thought of that!)

@rhontique - my levels have been great! Glucose has been 90-95 for the last couple of weeks! Morning and night! Loving this WOE! Never would have believed that only 1 year ago, I was 350 lbs.!(actually less than that) Thanks for everyone's support and info.

Being diabetic with the aim of getting off my little pill each, I believe LCHF is the key to low blood sugars....Good for you!!!! And by the way, how great is t that 100 pound mark.....woohoo!

You're trying to lose weight while eating Cinnabons and drinking? I suspect you might be seeing more plateaus in your future. It's hard to give up or drastically reduce our favorite foods while getting healthy, but it's certainly required if you want good blood flow. Maybe eat fruit for dessert instead?

ahhh.. there is a Cinnabon literally 153 feet from my office.... Thankfully, I'm not terribly tempted by it. The Godiva a couple spots over on the other hand.... ;)
