Well....we started the next level. Went to our on-grounds fitness center, Angie goes but first time in 8 months for me! Did 1.2 miles on the bike, hit one circuit of upper body(legs were jelly!) and hit the pool! Whew! Seemed like a lot! Lol! Onward and upward! Gotta start somewhere! Keep up the fight my brothers and sisters!
