I did is....I let you folks & myself down. I was so angry today I took it out on myself. I will say I could have done a lot worse but I still gorged myself out of anger & self pity. I realized what I was doing & stopped, however damage done & now I have a whopping stomach ache. I will make a concerted effort to refrain from that mind set. Thank you for being there😁
215.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, we all have those days and it does make you feel angry at yourself, but don't get discouraged and belittle yourself. Be kind to yourself and forgive yourself "like you would to one of us". Tomorrow is another day...

The thing is knowing what you have done and knowing what you need to do goes together in my eyes. You have not let anyone down. I believe it is all apart of this journey. So you do what you need to do and I'm here to encourage you to just don't give up. Keep pressing forward.

Just don't drown yourself in tears....Drown yourself in h2o. Start drinking it! At least, two 8-oz cups/bottles/glasses before/during/after breakfast & the same for lunch & dinner.

Alnona, we are here for you. Tomorrow is a new day. Try to do a little walk (even around the house or deck/porch) to make yourself feel better. I've been in a mood ALL DAY! Luckily I'm stuck at work and in need to re-supply my snack drawer. And luckily my boss left early so I don't go off on them. HA!

"I realized what I was doing and I stopped." And then you worked through your shit, owned the consequences, and posted up for accountability. That's some big girl shit right there and I'm calling it a home run. Everybody fucks up. We share this. What separates us is our response to our own foibles. Yours is 9/10. Abstain from that self flagellation and it's 10/10. Let's go!

Start again tomorrow. Set small attainable goals and try to meet them. If you don't meet them, try again until you do. Quit punishing yourself with food. You can do this!
