I still can't wak. It's been 3 days since I did really deep squats and man, I feel it!

Time to hobble myself to the gym for a little chest destruction!

Taking a couple weeks off from work starting Thursday for self isolation....

Had a dumb passenger on my bus that wanted to be all gross and spit all over a crowded bus and then leave, screaming "NOW YOU'VE ALL GOT COVID!"

My guys don't fool around, so they immediately got everyone on the bus tested and told me to take a 2 week (paid) staycation! And if I need more time, I can take an additional 2 weeks!

It's good and I could be appreciative, but I can't leave the freaking house!! 😫

No motorcycle rides, no gym... nada 😡

I'll just get all caught up on housework and finish building the padded cell for day 6 lol.

Wth?? Do you have an ankle bracelet on? That is crazy. As I read I was like awesome!! 2 weeks paid!! But then I was like... Not awesome. How can you go to the gym today but not for the next two weeks? Shame on you!

Some leg days I walk away from feeling great. Then some leg days I have to crawl to the bathroom the next day and negotiate how I am going to sit on the toilet lol 😝 I hope you make the most of your staycation. I imagine that would be a rough time for meatheads like us lol 😂

Pure craziness. That passenger should be banned. I hate riding the bus. And I hate that you will be house bound. That’s tough!! But enjoy the housework. I love it!

Chris, I’m sorry about the squat doms, but you won’t need your legs anymore for a few weeks, so suck it up and go murder your chest to balance it out (while you still can!) And two weeks staycation to do whatever you want sounds kind of awesome. So jealous!! Enjoy the peace and quiet. Catch up on your correspondence. Perfect your margarita recipe. Try your hand at pottery. Grow out your beard. Or grow some tiny trees. Sleep like a normal human being. Brush up on your Trivial Pursuit. Catch up on Below Deck Mediterranean Edition and find out if Rob and Jess are still together. Enjoy ya life, poppet!!

to be honest if they gave me 2 weeks off from work I would disappear for 2 weeks especially if its paid."did you quarantine" oh yes it was so boring couldn't do nothing

people r so stupid sometimes. we had a guy come to the funeral that told several people he tested positive that week and since he had no symptoms he had a right to be there. just found out today. and he blasted it all over FB about how we kicked him out. he's also showed up with bedbugs and I've had to spray the entire sanctuary. 600 chairs. I'm not afraid of illnesses but there's also no wisdom in not respecting something. so I said I can't wak? like your a mafia hitman?

I hear you on the frustration of being home under these circumstances. I had to do the 20 day staycation and was equally frustrated. I came up with a way to stay active and work out at home - not the gym but it was something. May the force be with you.
