SANTA brought me a new set of scales, and now im readjusting my weight once again..to a new set of scales...just a minor set back...and something i think about to...even though the scales are up ...i kno its not all fat cause of the workouts i do, and i also just switched eating habits to, so who knows how much of all the above is part of the change in my weight...im sure it will all start to drop bck off in the future !!!!
311.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just got workout pants from Santa! He mustve been on a weight loss kick this year, huh? =) Have you ever tried using a measuring tape to see how much youve lost? Ive read some places that say its a good idea when working out and doing a lot of lifting because you might lose inches, but not pounds and I know how discouraging it can be to see the number on the scale NOT go down. Maybe try that cause youll see the tape measuring number getting smaller when you might not see the scale number shrink. Merry holiday

thanks owndisaster for the idea on measuring..i dont measure with a tape i do it by gettin into smaller size clothes..lol...im wearin a new sweatshirt santa brought me a size LARGE...when it use to be a 2xl...so i kno that even though the scales isnt in my favor its not always about the numbers...and i kno now that i have my own set, i can keep a closer eye on it from day to day...

Hmmm... Santa must have run out of exercise stuff before he got to me. I got pajamas. :) In size LARGE instead of 2XL, too! I'd offer to share them with you twin, but they're pink. LOL! I hope you are having a great holiday!
