GOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE !!!...well wakin up this morning to lower temps again...23, wind chill like 15...santa came by last night brought me a new set of scales...kinda wish he hadnt now...my weight is different naturally, an its alot higher then the old scales said, but i kno the right number again now...so its just a matter of resettin a number an movin onward again..lest now i kno for sure how much i weigh...i even put a weight on the scales to make sure it was weighing right an it was only off by .2 ...so i kno its right for sure...disappointed..yes an no...yes cause i have to change my weigh in, but no cause now i kno for sure ...now im even more determined to get it off...i almost listened to that little voice in my head yesterday ...it was sayin o now, you dont have to do that dvd workout, no one would kno if you missed a day...but at 3 i turned on dvd an started workin out to it...i did 2x as much of it compared to the day before i almost made it to the cool down part ot it...so each day im sure i will add on until i get to a point i can keep up with it...biggest problem i was having yesterday was bein able to keep up with them as they got up an down from the floor..good thing for a pause button...lol...and i can feel alittle soreness in my legs from doing lunges...but that will work out today...so gonna get breakfast in me in a few an head out for a morning walk...get this day started once again...hope santa brought everyone what they wanted...and if not...guess you just have to not be so naughty next year !!!!!....hahahahha....catch you all later...HAVE A GREAT DAY !!!!

Mike, it was so warm yesterday that a lot melted, then it got cold again and my front door is frozen shut! LOL! I'll have to wait until my son gets up and see if he can get it open! Have a wonderful day!!

I gained five pounds from last night's feast.. don't feel bad. Next year I might pass! Thank God I passed on Monday's holiday party in my building. Back to induction for me. I feel so bloated today I may just drink H20 and iced tea. I'm home alone to write and listen to music and rest. MERRY CHRISTMAS LOOSINISFUN! Keep goin'! glenn
