Day 1 of a planned 1 days β€˜eating’

I have a πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ run planned this morning.

Tonight I plan to have ribs... just because it is Wednesday and I wanted something to 'look forward to' in the middle of the week.

I don't drink or do drugs so 'food' is a 'treat' for me.

Ever try a light jog/walk after dinner? I started this week & feel a lot better due to the extra consumption later in the day.
