Day 1 of a planned 1 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

It should have been worse because I *feasted* last night 👍🏾
I think the 🏃🏾‍♂‍ run helped.
I plan to 🏃🏾‍♂‍ run tomorrow.

@chesgreen - Now that I am back up to running 3 times a week, I only do 5 miles a day. I *was* doing at 2 runs a week with one being 11 miles, but, the 11 mile run requires me to be 'far away from home' without a face mask (I can't run with a face mask), and that is *not* a good idea in Los Angeles County right now. We have a *very* high death toll here (57 people died yesterday) so people are taking face masks really seriously.

I too can't run with a face mask. I usually go onto the grass or go onto a bike lane on the main street when approaching others. I appreciate your entries because as much as I struggle, I draw inspiration from you and will keep on pushing.
