Day 1 of a planned 3 days of eating

Yeah, because of the slow weight loss this week, after the 3 day weekend, I totally lost motivation to stick to the ‘no solid food fast’.

Ended up eating soup and ice cream last night. I really don’t want to go on a binge, all weekend….

I don't know anything about fasting. Do you think fasting sets you up to binge? You know, like sudden crash diets & quick food deficits can sometimes trigger hunger, starvation responses - the diet roller-coaster.

Try to stick to dinner hours only. I know it’s hard to stay on track we have already allowed ourselves to eat. Maybe you can make it into the gym 😃 kill a little time 🙃

Rgadawg fasting doesn’t usually have that affect. At least not for me when I use to do it. You get to a point where you are legitimately not even hungry.

@rgaDawg - Fasting is the only thing that keeps me from binging. In a few months I will be coming up on two years of not being morbidly obese, only because of the fasting.

Good luck with it. I intended to fast today but my protein coffee made me hungry again at lunch and I caved. May have to forgo the protein requirements on fasting days and simply go cold turkey.

@Draglist - Yeah to have 'no hunger' I have to 'water fast'. I am thinking about doing Monday and Tuesday next week.

@shaesensual - I drink about 1k in calories by drinking Protein shakes in heavy cream. Very filling, however it does not trigger 'binge eating'.
