Day 2 of a planned 3 days of eating

Yesterday was a ‘binge fest’ of eating. However, it could have been at least double that.

I plan to slow it down today and really try to ‘act right’ on Sunday.

Monday and Tuesday I plan to do a ‘water fast’.

😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

Yes, I see, yesterday cals to exercise, definitely not a weight loss formula if you still have loss as a goal, but you are excellent at maintenance, current weight, which is plenty darn healthy :)

@rgaDawg - The 1833 calorie excess should not cause the multi-pound gain you will see happen over the next few days with me. The extra water from the glycogen will also be gone by Wednesday. However, the 300+ carbs will leave behind extra fat that will take me weeks of 'acting right' to burn off... (sigh)

1 pound isn't much if you had a binge eating day. For me it's always at least 3-7 pounds showing up right away.

adef, what do you consider a binge? Eating, over your RDI or eating a lot of food you shouldn't?

.. 300+ carbs will leave behind extra fat that will take me weeks of 'acting right' to burn off... (sigh) .. Yes, that's the cruel trick, it adds up much easier than it comes off.. You still never miss the maintenance mark. You have fluctuations, which are normal, but you stay pretty steady. Maybe your body has found it's preferred weight. Sometimes, the body's preferred weight & my idea of what I prefer the scale to say are not the same :)

@rgaDawg - I think you are correct.

@SherryeB - Eating when not hungry :(

@Fritzy 22 - It 'would' show up right away, but I usually do a 7-11 mile run on the binge days. This reduces the 'immediate water weight' effect (that also goes away fast), but the 'true added fat' part that I can see and feel in my liver, is what remains 3+ days later.
