If you go back to your 'usual' way of eating it *will* come back down. I have done the 'up and down' for 4 weeks now. I think I am finally getting motivated to 'dig it' a bit 😉 For me I think I just need to try having at least one 7 day week where I don't 'binge'... Ok enough about 'me' haha! Good luck!

You will burn it off just fine having built all that muscle.

You are heading back in the right direction by recording your weight and taking the necessary steps to get back on track. Pat yourself on the back!

It won't take as long as you think Sharon but for sure it will take longer than the time spent "binging"...stuff happens, leave it in the past and go kill it again!!

That’s a big gain in 10 days so it’s probably an awful lot of water since your body isn’t used to the beer. It will come off hun. Life happens and we all react to it in many ways. You may have needed to just get it out of your system. You are going to be fine because you have lost so much weight beautiful.❤️💕🙏💪

Deep breaths. Listen to "Details in the fabric" by Jason Mraz. I'll bet it helps.
