Day 1 of a planned 3 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

So the plan was to 🏃🏾‍♂️ run 5 miles and fast.

Did-not-happen ☹

What did happen was that my code demos for my presentation broke 3 hours before I needed to go to the presentation. I was really stressed do I started downing protein shakes. This leads to ‘hunger’ which leads to more protein shakes.

Then on the way to the presentation I had a hot chocolate because my friend had lunch at In-N-Out burger and a small 180 calories 40 carb drink was better than eating a ‘double-double’. However, my macros were now out of whack.

I probably ‘sabotaged’ what would have been a 2 pound loss.

Oh well… Lets see if I do better next week 😊

@liv001 - Yes it does :) I am so grateful that I can seem to stick to 'no solid food' because otherwise I would have had a huge burger and fries, then at the presentation they had boxes of pizza...
