Another successful week I lost 5.9 lb. keto may not be for everyone, but it definitely works for me. No more hunger pains and I can manage on less than 700 calories per day and not feel the slightest bit hungry.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 73.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It works great for me too, keto. And I love to feel healthy and refreshed. Would worry a bit about keeping calories too low on a consistent bases. Maybe not be afraid to eat a bit more once in awhile.

It appears that the only time you gained weight, over an extended period, was December 2nd - December 16th. Then your average was 1408 calories / 96 carbs. But, in a normal month, life February, you lose weight with an average of 1025 calories / 43 carbs.

You’re doing great good job, all diets work I have always said that 😎 as long as you stick for it forever you will forever keep the weight off 😊

Thanks to everybody for all the kind words of encouragement I feel great this diet in no way shape or form is hurting me I don't have the desire to pig out anymore I love the way things are going. One of my motivating factors now, not when I started the diet but now is I'm actually going to take up paramotoring, and weight is definitely concern in that Hobby
