Finally hit 155. Earlier, I had my goal weight at 140 but I lowered it to 132, a normal BMI (albeit the fattest 😜) I didn’t think I’d even get to 150 when I first started! Soooo I’m gonna keep striving to weigh less and see how much fat I can drop and how much muscle I can gain 💪👍
155.8 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fantastic news, well done 👍 I’ve just hit 165, my lowest for over 5 years. I’ve been yoyoing since my mum put me on a low fat diet when I was 10. I’m 52!

Great job! I didn't think I'd get to my goal when I set it - and I set it randomly - haven't researched a normal BMI - couldn't bear to when I started this WOE. I had thought I might increase my goal, but have left it as is - and may lower it when I get a little closer, but will also be looking to gain muscle at that point.

Thanks guys I’m going to keep on keepin on! I ate soo much yesterday. Got on the scale this morning and shot up to 156.4 🙄 Not worried about it. It’ll go back down
