Well today sucked. Zucchini boat and Pinot for my second dinner. Already ate the tuna salad I forgot at home that was suppose to be for lunch 😞

Finally in bed. Kids were still doing homework at 7:30. Finally got them showered, chores done and in bed. Glad today is over. Partly because I just keep eating. Stress and depression creeping in 😓

Well, it sounds better than the keto lasagna I tired to make... with fried eggs instead of pasta sheets... it tasted just as disgusting as it sounds. Hahaha! My saviour was low-carb wraps... finally food became edible again! Used as pizza base, for fajitas (more chicken, less onion and peppers... loads of sour cream, bit of salsa and loads of cheese), burritos (stuck in the oven filled with mince beef, spices, bit of onion and covered with cheese on top), and wrap alternatives instead of sandwiches. Only thing that kept me sane (that and sugar free sweeties).

That looks good, I had wine tonight to celebrate something and all it did for me was add 300 calories 😲 I get too munchies after wine. at least I planned today as a higher calorie day.

Unfortunately sucky days happen but hopefully tomorrow will be amazing - hang tough - if you need help with the depression just look at how far you have come!!!! You've got lots to be proud of!
