I work full time and travel for work at peak periods (that's when I struggle to eat well). Hoping that by joining this group, I can keep up my motivation and help support others as well. KETO works for me. 3 months in, down almost 30# and lots of inches gone

Hmm, how to say this and not sound like a bad joke. For me, my best weight is usually in the morning, before breakfast and after a bowel movement - seriously it makes a difference... omg I can't believe I'm sharing that LOL!
