After a 2 day sugar glut I'm ready to get back on program. I definitely proved to myself that sugar is ill advised for me. A little means a lot to me. Who knew? 🤣🤣🤣 I knew. I wonder how long it will take me to get back into ketosis. Have a great day everyone. 💕
