We're home. The Mandatory Evacuation order was lifted on Friday. We picked up our pooch yesterday and drove in today. It's smoky and we can see the fire continuing around the lake to the NE. 150K+ acres burned and it's nowhere near contained. We're very glad to be home but it is sad. Everyone one we love is safe even if displaced. CalFire is doing an amazing job of keeping the fires out of the towns. We are very grateful.

I dropped totally out of keto about a week ago. Tomorrow is reckoning day. The scale and I have 7:30 date. It will probably take several days to get back in Ketosis. I have to go grocery shopping and will get back in the swing at break-fast. I want to make sure to get electrolytes and salt this time and stay out of keto flu. I'm looking forward to my WOE and feeling really good. 👍👍💕💕

149.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
