Well I'm back! I'm rebooting after gaining a lot of weight. I'm not happy about restarting this journey yet again but I know I will be happy with the results!

You mentioned how you'd given so much to the little one that you had nothing left for yourself. I think it’s normal to make it a Lifetime commitment to taking care of yourself. I don’t know anyone that doesn’t bounce around a little with their weight. You are being kind to yourself by recognizing and taking action. Carry on with your self love and care. 💜
