Holding, but good. Muscle mass increasing. BMI is moving in the right direction, as are measurements. Almost 10 inches lost overall. More cinder blocks to move this morning, but the deck will be done before the end of the day. First part, at least. Been looking at Pinterest, and there are some extras I may need to add but I gotta pay some bills first. Swam ten minutes straight yesterday, as in no stops, no flip turns, etc. Cool and overcast this morning, so perfect for the heavy hauling. Tomorrow, we play!!!! Enjoy the first weekend of summer, friends. It’s going to be a good one.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
