Me...trying to convince myself to get up and go to the gym 😩

Yeah, so true. Sometimes, motivation only shows up when you start doing. Happy Sunday is coming, and make sure you're happy. XD

Ended up power raking our yard and then hand raking and bagging 12 garbage sacks of dead grass! 3 hours later, that is my work out for the day 😁

oh so very true.. I have gone to the gym many a day stating to myself that I will just do 10 minutes on the elliptical ..and I end up gaining motivation as I get into the workout and stay an hour or at least 30 minutes!

Yep! As someone who is a chronic depressive with children who have the same issue I had to drum this into their heads. Just keep DOING, check how you’re feeling about it later. LOL Sometimes it’s the only way out of bed and through the day. 🙋🏻

I agree with so many persons comments ---> Today was one of those days where I wondered should I or shouldn't I, then my kid of all persons said Dad are you going, I would like to go today !!!! and its all I needed to kick my butt into going! Once I got there I worked out for 1.5 hours ----35 minutes cardio/35 minutes abs/remaining time weights. Left feeling invigorated !!!! AS NIKE SAYS ----- JUST DO IT !!!!!

I was the same Wright had my grandson here so off to the park we went, then to the river for a walk and feed the ducks it was great.

cardio ... not important. weights is better. only go to the gym if you ARE 10kg from your goal weight otherwise it will hinder your weight loss.
