I baked oatmeal cookies and had some for breakfast. They are made without butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Actually it doesn't really tastes like normal cookies. But they are tasty and very sweet. Only banana, apple, chia, oats and peanut butter inside.

Thank you. It was really nice way to use chia seeds. And they are not as addictive as normal cookies.

Did you share the recipe where I might try it? My husband might help me with my diet if I provided him with these.

I used this recipe https://runningonrealfood.com/flourless-peanut-butter-banana-oatmeal-cookies/#tasty-recipes-11661
but I changed it a little bit by adding two baked and mashed apples and two tablespoons of chia seeds

it looks like links don't work here
INGREDIENTS
2 cups (225 g) quick oats
2 (285 g, approx. 1.25 cups) ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup (125 g) natural peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork until they form a paste.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Drop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet, shaping each spoonful into a cookie shape.
Bake for 15 minutes. They should be firm and slightly browned when done.
I actually baked it about 40 minutes, 15 minutes was not enough
