I am almost forty. Things that worked for me in the past don't work anymore. Somehow I gained almost 30 lb over two years. I hope to get rid of some fat without starving. I used to starve myself previously and I know that is not healthy at all. I stick to 1800 calories. I'm trying to cut down added sugar, though I eat a lot of natural sugars such as fruits. I am trying to replace bad carbs such as white rice and white bread with brown rice and whole grain bread. More whole grains, more lean protein, more veggies. No processed food and added sugar. No any particular diet. No IF. An avocado a day. Cutting down sugar is the most difficult part.
