LSG417's Journal, 23 March 2018

Well, it certainly isn't an official weigh in, but my extra fiber last night got things moving this morning and the scale said I was down another pound to 141! I know it bounces, so I won't be surprised if it's up again tomorrow, but I know I'll get there and hold eventually! On another note, I knew my scrubs were loose on me, but didn't realize just how frumpy they make me look (I'm only 5'2", so baggy clothes don't do me any favors) until I caught a glimpse of myself in a reflection on a glass door. So yesterday, I went and tried on some smaller scrubs and was amazed at how much better I look with the smaller sizes! I was able to fit in medium pants without them being tight and I even was able to wear a small top comfortably! Really didn't think I could do the small top just yet, so was ecstatic when it worked! Had to order them in the color for my department, so will be 2 weeks before I get them. I'll be chomping at the bit before they come in! Happy Friday y'all! It's payday for me and the sun is shining! Just waiting for the warm temps to come back and stay!

Fantastic, Glad to hear of your success! Nothing better than being able to fit in smaller sizes, getting a new wardrobe (work or leisure), and enjoying the satisfaction of knowing your hard work is paying off. Very proud of you !

that is so awesome - fitting into a size or so smaller. it is kind of funny that we actually look better when the clothes fit right.
