Feeling reflective today with the rain...

It's funny how I remember back to the lowest I got...208lbs. and I went through my journal on here and realized that was 4 years ago! If I reach 228 that'll be lowest than I've been in over 2 years....only 7lbs away from there now! I can't believe it. It hasn't even been that hard really...consistency is what matters most!

I am determined to reach the 100's this time. No pausing for celebration...I WILL see wonderland very very soon!!!!! And I'll be happy to see it with you guys :)

I had a bad eating day yesterday but today so far so good and getting under 200 is always an issue for me too. last time I got under 200 I was doing water exercise 3-4 times a week. I'm trying to walk some everyday but have arthritis which makes it hard. and now there is some issue that when I walk much at one time my blood pressure drops very low. but good luck to both of us to get under that 200 #.

I was thinking today , I'm on maintenance - That means maintaining weight loss when neccessary, maintaining maintenace to kee p your weight and both require consistencecy - Congrats on your journey so far - WHEN NOT IF
