Just curious how many calories a day & what type of diet everyone is on? I started a 1600 calorie a day diet.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 March 2018:
1360 kcal Fat: 24.49g | Prot: 90.19g | Carb: 201.03g.   Breakfast: Boiled Egg, Del Monte Banana. Lunch: Hidden Valley Greek Yogurt Ranch Dips, Onions , Tyson Foods Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Chunks, Tomatoes, Dole Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Onions , Sweet Red Peppers , Green Peppers , Birds Eye Steamfresh Cauliflower, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Market Pantry Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins. Snacks/Other: Publix Red Seedless Grapes, Pickled Egg, Kellogg's Special K Pastry Crisps - Strawberry, Musselman's Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, Lemonade. more...

1300 cal. and very low fat due to chronic pancreatitis. It is hard to eat that many calories without fat.

i try not go over 1100 cal

i follow a macro based approach that is low carb high fat and was customized for my special needs by a dietician from gaugegirltraining.com i get 1720cal with a macro percentages.

I follow nothing. I do my own diet which I call the “I’ll eat whatever I feel like eating whenever I feel like eating it and making progress” diet. Copyright by me lol

I eat 1000 calories on a day where I’m working out a lot. I know this seems like a little but I am a 4ft9 ballet dancer so this is what works for me. I also try cut sugars out of my diet and eat only “good carbs” like potatoes instead of bread

@DEADPOOL12345 lol just made me laughing 😂 I also don’t count calories, it made me to be more hungry and out of focus. I’m doing IF for the past 2 months and i eat everything that i want to eat

Long as I stay under 1200 calories per day I eat what ever I want. I do limit carbs the best I can. But I still have them once in a while. I’m Losing 2-3 a week

I try to average between 1500 and 1600 per day (I eat different amounts of calories per day and take my weekly average). I eat whatever I want. I have a few lower carb days and also high calorie cheat days. I'm maintaining at the moment. Also, I'm breastfeeding. If I weren't, I would stick to a weekly average of around 1350 per day

1000 calories a day, rarely go over that and am usually under it. But I only have 2 meals a day doing intermittent fasting and try to get at least 40 grams protein.

I’ve just started and the macros said to start at 2300 calories per day, but I’ve been around 1700-1800 most days, but averaging close to 2000. Low carb, high protein - Atkins / Keto inspired.

I do keto. I'm in maintenance and don't count calories but I end up at about 1400/day. I just watch my carbs and keep my protein low on non workout days.

I do Keto at 720 calories a day the first 5 weekdays of the month. Then control my diet the rest of the month to 1400 calories. We do allow ourselves one free weekend to have popcorn at the movies and enjoy ourselves eating out, but we do try to be reasonable that weekend knowing that it only takes two bad days to gain back the pounds you have lost all month. I am a 5'5'' woman.

My husband and I also try to split a meal when we eat out, knowing that one meal at most restaurants in the USA could easily feed 3 or 4 people.

I aim for 1500 a day (but rarely eat that much). I manage the macros: fat, carbs, fiber, and protein, but in essence I eat whatever I want as long as I stay within my numbers.

I try to stay under 1800 cals/day. Not always successful with that, but I've lost 23 lbs since November. Slow and steady is the best for me if I want to keep it off long term, but impressed by ppl who lose 30+ lbs in a few months' time.

I am 5'3" trying to keep to 1200 calories a day, eating anything although I try to avoid white wheat products and potatoes. Still tweaking because it doesn't always work without exercise

I try to do 1200 a day, but there are times I am over and many times I am under. I eat until I am full and call it a day. I am doing Keto, so the fat keeps me full. It seems to be working for me.

I try to stay around 1400 calories most days. I do my version of fasting on Mondays and Thursdays where I eat about 500 calories throughout the day. I try to keep my carbs down but some days are better than others!
