I count every single calorie, I try to follow 80% whole food and 20% “fun foods”, as much as I can...I drive around for work so I eat junk everyday. Eating McDonald’s almost every day of the week has not stopped my weight loss.
I also lift weight 2 times a week for 40min-1hr
I do the intermediate fasting in order to enjoy big meals, I like feeling full 😋😝
