So went shopping found the healthier isle lol. Healthy is expensive. Hoping for a better week.

Healthy doesn't have to be expensive. My average grocery bill is less than $50 per week, & I don't deal hunt. Fresh fruit & vegetables are cheap. Frozen veggies are also cheap. Canned beans are cheap. Dried grains & beans are insanely cheap. I could easily get my budget under $25 per week if I gave up a bit of variety.

Pull up my journal. I just posted pics of what's in my pantry & fridge. Maybe you'll get some ideas. :)

I agree with DEADPOOL12345, too much of a good thing can kill ya....may be doing more harm to kidneys and liver. Doesn't sound like a very healthy challenge or healthy plan. May want to re-examine. Wish you well in your endeavors however....whatever they may be.

64oz of water per day really isn't that much. It takes many, many gallons of water per day before becoming a problem. I try to stay close to a gallon per day. As my workouts become more intense in coming months, I'll up it to at least 1.5 gallons per day.

Good to listen to your body. There is no one exact amount that every body needs! And you can get too much of a good thing and flush too many electrolyes out. I personally aim for 64 oz, but drink less if getting really nutrient dense food.

"Sixty-four ounces" is the standard "eight 8-oz. glasses a day" -- not too much, IMHO and OK with my nephrologist (kidney guy).. I keep a 64-oz. pitcher next to my recliner (where I've been living -- R foot in a cast!) and refill it every day, in addition to a glass or two while watching TV with my husband. After my morning cup of coffee or two, it's the only liquid I drink, too, so that makes it easier to drink more water.

Salt is a GREAT and very important addition. We were designed to use a LOT of (good) salt. Ck out this cardiovascular research scientist (can't find the one I want but...) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyWPY4w7PDs

This does not sound healthy. Not everyone can drink that much water and shouldn't. If you have to add electrolytes then you're drinking too much. Like people say, listen to your body.

Whatever amount of water that an individual needs/wants will work for them, But we also don’t just get water from drinks, we also get it from plenty of foods as well, which also contribute to our total fluid intake. So depending on what you choose to eat, you could have up to a regular 6-8oz glass of fluids just from food, on top of regular fluid intake from water/juices/sodas etc. I usually end up having maybe around 2-2.5 liters daily, which isn’t a ton of liquids, but that amount works for me just fine. So it all depends on individual preferences, needs, and goals really

Deadpool never even thought of that, I eat alot of veggies, and fruit, I know there's plenty of water in those. Lol I just NVR thought of them n terms of liquid. Ty
