bs was 166 today. I don't know what the deal is.

No not really, but I can go 200 carbs with 90 sugar and be at 120's then go 180 carbs 70 sugar days later and be 160s There is no rhyme or reason to what I eat and b.s.

All of those blood sugars are really kind of elevated. Every time your blood sugar is elevated even just a little, it is doing some type of damage somewhere in the body, that may not show up for years....eyes, circulation, kidney function, etc.

Alright l asked Bunny she said what you have going on is simple.She said the time you ate by the number of hrs.gone by when you took your test. exp.if you eat say 12hrs later you take the test, next day you eat and say 12hrs later you take the test, do you see pattern forming.so if you eat one day and do the test 12hrs later and then you take your reading but the next day you eat but take your reading 8hrs later that reading will be higher than the12hr reading.and if you have a snack say like at midnight and record your 12hr or say 8hr. reading on your test time because of the snack it will be even higher.see the picture..she says consistent is the key.

That does make sense. I did eat later on Friday night but not on Thursday night. I will keep that in mind and track when my last meal is along with my readings. Thank you
