I still haven’t tried pork rinds by themselves. I crush them to use for breaded chicken... I’ll have to try them next time I make breading. Are they satisfying like a potato chip?

@mamamc7 yes they are, this my potato chips fits, I also used them as breading, and in my Salmon Croquettes.

l cut up apple's and some whole strawberries & grapes very delicious and guite free.

Wow, didn't know the pork rinds had absolutely zero carbs, just looked it up. Good tip.
