Woke at 213.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. Blood ketones were 2.2 -- the highest I've ever recorded and DEEP into nutritional ketosis. Starting day three of the fasting mimicking diet (FMD). No hunger at all. Going to wait to eat until I do get hungry. Getting ready to go outside and unload Em's U-Haul. UPDATE: Got Em all moved in and then chilled out for the rest of the day. Weighed 215.2 before bed so I'm up a little from this morning's low. A little carb heavy but on calorie goal. Back to work tomorrow so I will get a lot of exercise on my last 800 calorie FMD day.

Bill, The it was going for awhile l though l was going to pass you this month haha Nope, think your out of range and you'll probably lose pds moving..go figure.hahaha
