Non-Scale Victory for the day- being able to look in the mirror during my Zumba class and not feel disappointed by what I saw, but rather feel really proud of where I've come in the last 3 months! There are some physical differences showing and my gym pants are not skin tight but there is a little looseness to them! It's a good feeling to be proud of yourself and finally start to like the person you see in the mirror.
