To think that 3 months ago I was just starting this journey. Struggling to get to the gym 2 to 3 times a week and feeling like I'd only last a month- now it's a solid 5 days a week and without going I feel yuck! AND Little did I know that 3 months later, on a vacation day would I find myself walking into the gym at work physically excited to be there! Never did I imagine myself as a meal-prep person, but a whole week's worth of food is boxed up in my fridge waiting to go this week! 3 months of solid hard work is paying off!
My 2018 resolution is to not wait until I've reached my goal to be proud of myself. But to be proud of every step I've take and will take towards reaching my goal!
