Congratulations on your journey! Me and my guy decided to do IF as a team for the New Year and I've been adjusting my metabolism after dipping I'm and out of Low Carb after losing 50lbs 4 years ago. I'm looking forward to the healthy lifestyle this will bring me and feel it's more doable for me for a lifetime.
