Weekday walk number 43: "the Cross", 2.7 miles in 57 minutes, at 2.8 mph - 22 degrees when I began, 25 degrees when I finished; so, for those walking (and worrying about how cold it is) in North Carolina today... I warmed it up for ya', yer welcome!

You and I both enjoy our walks! Although you have to deal with cold weather. We are in the mid to high 50's when I am walking. Our temps are about 10 degrees above average for this time of year. Can't imagine walking much at 22 degrees!
