Truly, the scale is just one indicator of progress. I notice fat lost in face, more energy/focus, clothes fitting better etc. I'd rather be heavy so my burn is higher anyway lol

The point about "better sleep" prompts me to ask the rest of you about it. I'm sleeping fine, but a lot less. Anyone in a similar boat? I use a CPAP machine and it tells me how long I slept every morning when I turn it off, and I'm now sleeping 6 hours (sometimes less) a night, whereas used to be 7. If anything I would have expected to be sleeping longer. I plan to ask my sleep doctor about it at my next check-up, but just curious to hear your views/experience.
