My. Legs. HURT.
But thats okay :) No pain, no gain, right?
So yesterday was my half marathon! I killed it! 13.1 miles in 2 hours and 22 minutes. It felt so amazing to be able to accomplish something like that. Seeing other people finish the full marathon was really inspiring as well. But I will say, I am extremely happy that it is over. I feel as if now I will have time to focus my life in other areas (like finishing losing this weight!!)

I've read a lot of articles that people have posted about HIIT and workouts such as cross-fit, and I really think that's going to be the way for me to go. They seem to deliver the best results, and the type of results that I'm looking for too. I don't just want to be thin or skinny, I want to be strong and in shape too.

I'm very excited to start this new phase of weight loss :)

I hope everybody else had an absolutely fabulous weekend filled with lots of healthy choices!!

That's awesome, congrats! My knees would never let me do that. Too thin/skinny is gross IYAM. Strong, toned, and defined is gorgeous!
