Greetings my Best Buddies!

So, I completed my training and feel happy and proud. It is an additional certification that will be helpful for patient care.

I stayed on my food plan and worked out four days out of six. I wrote down all my weight training routines, and gave it to my trainer today when I returned to Orange Theory Fitness for my usual class training. He was thrilled that I was accountable to him and sticking with my plan.

The night I got home from my trip, my husband took me to dinner. I ate a little off plan Tuesday (only half the entree) and Wednesday (the leftovers) but not too badly. Today, I am back to the routine!
