New Year. I'm going to have to dig deep into my soul to pick myself up. I got a text this morning that my best friend died. I thought he was the one. Now he's gone. I had a dream I saw him and he put his arm around me. He was getting treatment since September for stage 4 lung cancer. It was found 4 weeks before his retirement. He was always too busy for me to visit. Wait till he retired. life is too short. Love it ones you're with. I feel so bad, but I feel worse for his family.
