Ok, it's time for me to buckle down.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This is a life long issue for all of us who have a history of being challenged to adjust our eating to manage our weight. We have to pay attention forever while some bodies never have to focus on intake and output. It is not fair, but here we are, working on it. You know what to do and you CAN do it! Go for it!

Why do we gain so ridiculously easy? But lose at a snails pace?? It’s so annoying!! I had 1 , just 1 weekend off my regular maintenance plan ,and blew up10 pounds which I refuse to add on FS!! It annoys me, and is sticking around even though I went right back to plan!! How can this be possible? I don’t lose 10# in 1 weekend!!😡🤬🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
